Consignment Terms

TERMS OF CONSIGNMENT in a nutshell...

1. Items consigned must be authentic, current in style, cleaned and in good repair. Any item determined to be counterfeit, commonly known as a "fake" or "knockoff", will be destroyed.
2. All out of state consignments are for a minimum of 90 days and a maximum of 180 days.
3. Consignor will receive 50% of selling price with no additional sneaky fees.
4. At the end of 90 days, the consignor has 10 days to retrieve any unsold merchandise. During this 10 day period, these items will be placed on a clearance rack for "Last Call." After that 10 day "Last Call" period, left behind items will become property of Chic Envy and will be donated to one of two local women charity organizations.
5. All items can be reduced up to 55% of the original consigned price during the consignment period at the discretion of Chic Envy, LLC. Usual markdowns are:
   15% after 30 days
   35% after 60 days
   55% after 90 days
6. Checks will be mailed to the Consignors on the 10th - 20th business day of the month. Payment by PayPal is available upon request.
7. We accept consignments by appointment during regular business hours of 10AM to 6PM Monday through Friday. Additionally, we accept consignments via Regular Mail, UPS or FEDEX.
8. AUTHENTIC clothing and accessories from the following designers are in high demand:
   Chanel
   Louis Vuitton
   Giorgio Armani
   Gucci
   Hermes
   Donna Karan
   Ralph Lauren
    
   Additionally, we are in need of authentic items from the following designers for our store walk-in traffic: Coach, Dooney and Bourke, Dana Buchman, TSE, Banana Republic and many more casual lines.
